Generally it takes between 2 to 5 days to receive your medication from our affiliated Pharmacies. Answering the questions completely and honestly will benefit your process to be approved by our affiliated Physicians. Our affiliated Pharmacies can ship all orders the same day if received before 3PM MST.

Our affiliated pharmacy ships orders Monday – Friday between 9 am and 5pm. If you place an order on the weekend or after 2pm on Friday it will not be processed until the following Monday.

Our affiliated Pharmacies will ship to all APO/FPO addresses using USPS priority mail.

You may pick up your order at FedEx office if requested when placing your order.

US Domestic orders have discreet labeling with only the addressee name and address listed. The originating Pharmacy has confidential return address name listed on the label. Standard FedEx or USPS letter envelopes provided are used.

Your personal information is secured by an SSL (Secure Socket Layer) and the highest level encryption available to us. That information is then entered into a database that only the physician reviewing your order can access. Basic customer service information such as your name address and phone number will be viewable by our customer service representatives if it becomes necessary to answer your questions.
